I recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season (November to March). For multi-day tours, 2-3 days advance notice is ideal. However, I can often accommodate last-minute bookings — just ask!
No advance payment is required. You pay your driver directly at the end of the tour in USD or Cambodian Riel. This way there is no risk for you — you only pay when you are happy with the service.
Yes! I offer free pickup and drop-off at any hotel or guesthouse in Siem Reap city. Just share your hotel name when booking and I will be there on time.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. If your plans change, just send me a WhatsApp message and we can easily reschedule at no extra cost.
